EM Series, which combines the strengths and technologies of previous cage designs into a one-piece brass roller-guided cage which achieves lower temperature running and quieter operation.
The inner ring has no center rib and a small rib on the end face. The rollers are symmetrical, have low noise and have certain self-lubricating functions.
In applications where the shaft and housing bore can be used as raceways, this assembly can be used to create bearing arrangements that require minimal radial space.
Inch single-row tapered roller bearings are mainly suitable for bearing combined radial and axial loads mainly based on radial loads, while large taper angle tapered roller bearings (27°~30°) can withstand radial and axial loads mainly based on bearing loads.
The bearings can accommodate axial loads acting in one direction and simultaneously acting radial loads. The load is transmitted between the raceways via the rollers at an angle to the bearing axis, while the flange guides the rollers .
Axial/radial bearings are double direction axial bearings for screw mounting, with a radial guidance bearing. These ready-to-fit,greased units are very rigid, have high load carrying capacity and run with particularly high accuracy.
